Cancellation Policy

TRAINING AND MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY

The following policy applies to all meetings and training courses.


Customer Cancellations


CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO DIGITALJESSICA LTD BY E-MAIL

Cancellations received up to 72 hours prior to the training or meeting will not be charged any fees.

Cancellations 24 to 48 hours prior to training or meeting will be invoiced the full fee.

For training and as a courtesy, we will allow you to apply 50% of your payment toward a future DigitalJessica Ltd course within one month of the cancellation date.

Cancellations 0 to 24 hours prior to the training or meeting, and no-shows, are subject to payment for the full amount without future training credit.

Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for payment.


Cancellation of a course by DigitalJessica Ltd


DigitalJessica Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change a training session or meeting, at any time, including but not limited to, lack of participation, venue and equipment and/or trainer availability.

Notification will be provided within 48 hours of the training or appointment, whenever possible.

Registrants will not be charged for the meeting or training course.

DigitalJessica Ltd is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled training event or meeting, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The clients’ or students’ sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.

DigitalJessica Ltd shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall it be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at an DigitalJessica Ltd course or meeting.
