March 2022 Semi-Targeted Phishing Spam

We have seen in our logfiles that there are active spam campaigns targeting users on our platform. The email appears to suggest that an email account is over quota and provides (false) links on how to rectify the problem.

You will only get these emails to the address registered as your administration account, and you can always check by logging in directly to your control panel in a new tab. Don’t click any links in an email you do not trust. Remember to take time to analyse if the email could be fake or not, even if there is an element of urgency to it. Often times scammers rely on catching you off guard. If you do not trust an email is a genuine notification, you can always get in contact with us and we can help.
